How to Order

To place an order, please call us at 216-464-8684, or send us an e-mail with your name and phone number and special event. We’ll telephone you as soon as possible to discuss your selection and preferences. Please note, because your order will be customized to your specifications, we require payment in full when you place your order. The security of your financial information is very important to us. Through our affiliation with PayPal, we gladly accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Proofs/Artwork

Once you have placed your order, you will have an opportunity to see a printer’s proof of your invitation and any of the other component pieces you ordered. You can request the proof be sent to you either by e-mail or fax. There is a small fee to receive a proof; however, it is advisable to request one. The proof displays your wording exactly as it will appear when the invitation is printed.

Carefully reviewing the proof enables you to see if there are any spelling errors or other mistakes that need to be corrected. It also gives you a chance to see if you like the layout as shown. Your order will not be printed until you have approved the proof. If you find corrections that need to be made, the proof may be “approved with the changes indicated,” or you can request a second set of proofs once the changes are made.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check all spelling, addresses, names, dates, locations, times, spacing and typesetting on each individual order. All proofs must be signed and faxed to Toast of the Town at (216) 831-8643 or email your approval to us at susan@mytoastoftheown.com  prior to printing of the order.

If you want to use artwork such as a company logo or foreign language such as Hebrew please call us at 1-216-464-8684 to discuss setting that up.

Making Additional Changes/Ordering Additional Pieces

After you’ve approved the proof and your order has been placed, if you find a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm your order status and advise you if making a change at this point in time is possible. Please note that additional fees may be incurred to stop your order and make the change, depending upon where your order is in the production process. If your order has already been printed, you will have to pay the full cost of the order, as well as the cost of reprinting it.

If you find you need to increase the quantity of an item (i.e. envelopes), contact us immediately. We will attempt to add the item to your order if it hasn’t yet printed. It always costs less to add an additional quantity to an order before it has printed, rather than issuing a new order.

We suggest you always allow for an extra number of envelopes, in the event a mistake is made when you are addressing them. If the number of invitations (including envelopes) you are ordering is very close to your number of invited guests, we recommend ordering an additional quantity of 25 envelopes when you place your order.

Full payment is due when you place your order. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. As well, sales tax may be added to your order, depending upon the State in which you live. 

Shipping

Most standard orders are delivered via UPS Ground. However, if you need your order expedited, you will be able to choose from several other shipping methods, including overnight delivery. Fees incurred for shipping of your order are based on the fees charged by the shipper.

Return Policy

Because all invitations and announcements are customized for your special occasion, no returns are possible. We ensure that your order is shipped exactly as it was specified; however, if there has been a mistake, please contact us immediately.

It is imperative that you carefully review and verify that your order is accurate and complete. Toast of the Town stands behind its merchandise. If the order matched your approved proof, there will be no refund. However, if there is a printing error or mistake and you notify us via email within two (2) days from the delivery of your order we will correct the mistake and reprint the order at no charge to you. A sample of the error or the return of the entire order may be requested in order to qualify for a no charge reprint.

Cancellation Policy

At Toast of the Town, we strive to provide superior service. However, it is not always possible to cancel an order once the printing has begun. Should you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed by our customer service staff and sent directly to manufacturer for printing, your order can be canceled and you will be charged a $20.00 fee. If production has already started it is not possible to cancel the order and you will be charged for the complete order.
